My friends and I went on a Thursday night, and there were a lot of people waiting. The restaurant was situated in West Yellowstone, so there were many tourists. Luckily, we didn't have to wait for long. We ordered pizzas and pastas. The servers were busy all the time but attentive. The food was decent.
Maybe my favorite pizza place anywhere. Also where my family learned to eat broccoli with parmesan.
Our pepperoni pizza and chicken alfredo fettuccine were great! The pizza was nice and toasty, the pepperoni nice and crispy, pasta was nice and creamy. We were planning on eating somewhere else, but it was closed and we found this place. Delicious food! Definitely give them a try!
Warning! Warning! Pizza morning! As a semi professional pizza conosour, I’ve munched down my fair share of pie(pizza). Pete, who ever you are, god bless you my guy. My mother has been in a wheel chair for over 2 years and she got out of her wheel chair for the first time in years to steal the last slice of cucumber and pineapple pie(pizza). The proof is in the pie (pizza).
Spaghetti & meatballs. It was very good. The crostini bread was fantastic.
Delicious ingredients and sauce, but a pizza ordered well done was so soggy that I needed a spatula to serve it. Pic attached
Best pizza in West, great pastas as well. Their hot wings aren't that hot though
The pizza was really good, but that might also be because we waited about an hour for it to come to our table. Service here is not great, but the pizza is good.
Plenty of options. Food was great.
Good food good service and reasonable prices.
Great pizza place. Pizza and spaghetti are fresh and delish. Affordable prices too. If ur in town check this place out.
Awesome! Fast, delicious, big menu including Italian and pizza. Dash was our waitress and service was excellent. Best meal we've had in the area. :)
Ridiculously overpriced, but so is everything here. I am very glad we did takeout because it took me a solid two minutes just to get through the overcrowded place to get back to the counter to pick up my pizza. The pizza was overall alright. Pretty standard for a pizza, would have expected something special from a specialty place that charges so much. It did the job and filled us up with a hole in the wallet. Maybe there’s somewhere else around here that is exceptional but maybe they all just feed themselves on hungry tourists and throw good quality out the window. Who knows? Not me.
Good pizza and salads, friendly service. Also outside tables for folks with dogs😊
The Lasagna was devine. The Beef Raviolis had plenty of beef inside the ravioli and the sauce authentic to an Italian sauce. I couldn't stop eating it. I scraped it all up with my bread. Delicious dinner and the service was warm and friendly. They made you feel right at home!
Lovely small town place with home made sauce. Rolled in after a full day in Yellowstone and the whole family loved it. They were super busy but got us seated and served in a good amount of time. Highly recommend.
The food was super good and front hostess was super sweet and fun to talk to! But our actual waitress, Caitlin, was not that great/disappointing. She didn’t check up on us, and seemed very irritated the whole time even when bringing us our food. Was not a great experience overall but the pizza was great.
This was e first time here the customer service was great fast service was great and the pizza and spaghetti & elk sausage is to die for
Pizza was good but the fettuccine alfredo wasn't. Service was also very slow. The waitress only came to my table 3 times and we had to ask for more water. The food took forever to get.
Every town has 4 to 5 pizza joints and this is just one of them. Would compare it to Dominoes with its own flavor. We liked it and it was fast and friendly service.
Came here twice while in West Yellowstone. The first night was after a long, dark drive back from Lamar Valley. They offered carryout at 9:45pm. Pizza was delicious! We came back another night for a more relaxed dinner. Friendly staff, great service, and good food. It was nice to have a vegetarian option that wasn't a bean burger.
Nice spot for a pizza dinner. Huckleberry lemonade was enjoyed by all. Many flavors to choose from for lemonade. Skip the pepperoni pizza (super greasy) and try something else. Margherita pizza was a hit with some of our party. Busy place...had to ask for drink refills, but they were brought quickly once we did. Would return if in the area.
Pretty slow service. Pizza was ok. 8 inch individual was smaller than 8 inch
Their pizza is so cheesy and delicious! Our kids said it's the first pizza they ever saw that looked in real life as good as a T.V. commercial. The servers were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!
We had to wait a very long time to get in, but I understood that since we had gone on a Saturday night. When we got in though, the service wasn't fabulous. We had a pitcher of water for the table, but our waitress didn't fill it up once it was empty. Also our food took about an hour to come out. So don't come here if you're in a rush. I ordered some pasta and it came out cold and the sauce was kind of watery. It didn't taste like Alfredo sauce. They were very good at clearing our dishes though!!
Overcooked, overpriced, low low quality. Jack's pizza from the freezer is literally better. Very dissatisfied. I feel very sorry for all of the people leaving 5 star reviews. They must be accustomed to substandard food.
Every time we visit West Yellowstone, we always come here to eat. They have a big menu with lots of yummy options. Their salads and garlic bread are really good to get with any meal. My favorite is their spaghetti and meatballs and the portions are filling. I always leave feeling satisfied.
Stopped here for a quick meal on our way out of town. Unfortunately this was not our favorite meal of our trip. The elk sausage (dry) sandwich and meatball sandwich were ok. The philly cheesesteak sandwich and chicken alfredo were good. The French fries that came with our meals were all undercooked. Potatoes still partially raw. I would select another restaurant before this one.
We ordered to medium pizzas, a meat lovers and a chicken bacon ranch they are about $20 each so beware. The crust is thick for the “regular” crust. My husband wasn’t impressed with the meat lovers because of the lack of meat. I liked the chicken bacon ranch, I’m not sure if there were any bacon or ranch on it but it still tasted good.
The staff was great. My husband liked his meat lovers pizza. I didn’t care for the pesto pizza, it had a strange flavor, I couldn’t handle more than a few bites. I finished my daughters spaghetti and meatballs, which were much better than the pizza. Garlic bread was great!
The pizza wasn't bad and staff were friendly. My two biggest issues were the ranch (for pizza dipping) was just bad. I have not tasted ranch like that before. The other star removed was due to only one free refill on soft drink and tea. At $2.75 the margin of profit is so great, I just can't on that.
Way over priced!!! Waitress was rude. Restaurant messed up on our order and didn't want to work with us on giving 1 plate of food for free after everyone else got done eating. Would not recommend
Pizza was quite good. Place was pretty busy, but service wasn't the greatest. Wings seemed a little undercooked for my tastes, but overall a good visit.
Food was delicious but the service was terrible. I never got a refill on my drink and our waitress only came by to take our order, bring the food, and give us our bill
This place is great. Fast service, fair prices and great FOOD 🍕.
Loved the atmosphere, quality food and most of all--the wonderful service💗
So so yummy! Great service too! (The pizza is way better than The Gusher). Pete's is the way to go! And they have huckleberry calzone if you want dessert. Yummy!!!
Friendly service. Great food and did an awesome job getting everything right on our complicated order!
Called to order carry out July of 2020. This was during Covid-19 precautions. They would not carry my pizza out curb side to me. I had to walk to the back of Petes Rocky Mountain Pizza to get my order. They asked I wear a mask upon entering, I did not have a mask so they provided me with one. As I entered I then noticed no one in there eating was wearing a mask. So why did I have to wear one? Anyway I paid and got my pizza. As I was walking out the hostess at the front of the building stopped me and said "Sir, we need our mask back!" I replied "Are you kidding me?" She said "Yes, we wash and reuse our masks." Do not eat here!
Great pizza and the manicotti was pretty good as well.
Great place to eat with the family visiting West Yellowstone. Fast service and to-die-for pizza. Would recommend!
Terrible service, go somewhere else. I ordered to go and was told 7:30. I arrived at 7:35 and was told I had 25 pizzas ahead of me and when I asked how long that would be I got a shrug and told 35 minutes, followed up by "what, we are busy." When I FINALLY got the pizza I got back to the hotel to find a side we paid for was not included. I did not want to walk back and wait even longer for them to finally get it right.
Decent food, good pricing and our server Caitlin was FANTASTIC!! Nice atmosphere and the staff was doing everything they could to ensure folks were spread out during the COVID event.
We stayed in West Yellowstone for two nights and ate here both nights, which is really rare for my kids. We had to wait for a table both nights, but there are chairs outside and plenty of places to browse nearby. We had pizza, the Wrangler is just amazing. We tried Pete's original, it was good but not as good as the wrangler. My son, the world's fussiest eater just loved the spaghetti and meat balls. Now considering the number of places we have eaten only a few get this accolade !Value for money is good, small pizza, medium pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and 4 flavoured lemonades was $70. Service was prompt and happy. The pasta menu will make it easy to accommodate those who don't fancy pizza.
Food was good. Nice place overall.
Dropped by Pete's after a day in Yellowstone and was not disappointed. Fantastic pizza and everyone was properly masked. Would definitely go back again on our next trip.
Delicious pizza. The selection was also excellent. Taco pizza was especially good as well as the pesto bread sticks.
Based on good reviews online and specialty pizzas on the menu we decided to try this place out. The pizza was great! It was ready exactly on time for pick up even though they were very busy and the staff that I picked up from were polite and friendly. Great pizza place overall.
We tried a few restaurants in Yellowstone and this restaurant was the one that could fill us up, but certainly not a restaurant I would recommend anyone to try it out.My spaghetti seemed just boiled up and hot sauce was put on top. The spaghetti did not seem to have been drained properly as it felt like a bit of water was still on my dish. I guess this is one way to make it but not the way I preferred. The place was nice and the servers were trying hard to accommodate us as a group.
As someone who has been visiting West Yellowstone every summer and winter for over 25 years, I can confidently say that the number one restaurant in this entire town is Pete’s Pizza. If you’re hungry, you’ll leave full. If you’re feeling down, your spirits will be lifted. If you’re looking for love, you’ll walk out with the man/woman of your dreams. If you’re naked, they’ll clothe you. If you’re sick, they’ll heal you.Pete’s is where dreams come true. It’s also a place where you can get KILLLLER pizza, incredible Chicken Parm (a personal favorite) and amazing pasta.Don’t waste your vacation. If you want to eat well in West Yellowstone, go to Pete’s. You’ll never regret it.
